Fair dice you can check

Three sealed contributions, one pair of dice.

The dice are the one thing an online backgammon player has to take on trust. Here nobody has to.

  1. The server commits first

    Before the game, the server seals a random value and shows you its fingerprint. It cannot change that value afterwards.

  2. You add yours

    When you roll, your device adds a random value of its own that the server never saw coming.

  3. Your opponent adds theirs

    The other player adds a third. The dice come from all three together.

  4. You check the record

    After the game the server signs the full record. Your device checks every roll, and anyone can check it again on the verify page.

A real person across the board.

Every game is one game with the doubling cube against someone online now, and every game counts for your rating.

  • See and talk to your opponentTurn on your microphone and camera right on the board. A call starts only when both players agree. Sound and video go straight between the two devices (peer to peer) and are never recorded.
  • Play anyone onlinePick a username and play anyone who is online now, with one tap.
  • Friends by usernameAdd friends by their username, see who is online and challenge them. An invitation reaches them even when the app is closed.
  • One leaderboardEvery player on one list, by rating. Tap a name for their player card: rank, rating, wins and losses, their last ten games and your record against them.
