Common questions
Are the dice fair? Yes, and you can check that yourself. Every roll is built from a random value the server committed to before the game, a random value from the player who rolls and one from the other player. After each game the app shows a signed record and you can check it on the verify page. Live statistics are on the dice statistics page.
I think something was wrong with a match. Open the fairness sheet in the app and choose "Report a problem with this match".
The app says it is reconnecting. It reconnects by itself for about a minute, for example after a change of network. If a game cannot continue you lose nothing you did not earn: a game ended by our server counts for nobody.
Delete my data. Profile, then Delete account. Guests can email us the support code shown in Profile. See the privacy policy.
